Kathryn Arbour
Co-CEO
Dr. Kathryn M. Arbour serves as Co-CEO of A&I Avenues. Previously, Kathryn was Chief Executive Officer at Imagine!, the Community Center Board serving Boulder and Broomfield counties. She has also held executive leadership positions and Boards of Director roles in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors in Colorado, California, New York and New England.
Barb Wilkins-Crowder
Co-CEO
Rev. Dr. Barb Wilkins-Crowder serves as Co-CEO of A&I Avenues. Barb previously served as the Executive Director of Adult Care Management and has over 30 years of experience in this sector. She has worked collaboratively with peers, stakeholders and public officials to bring improvements to case management in Colorado. She has also held volunteer Board of Director roles in local and regional nonprofit organizations and served on advisory boards in the Colorado Medicaid system.
Jenna Corder
Director Programs and Services
Jenna has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Substance Abuse from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She has a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Regis University. Jenna began working with the IDD population in 2007 and worked for Imagine! until June of 2024. She is now the Director of Programs and Services at A&I Avenues. Jenna enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children and their basset hound mix, Tank.
Jennie Giurgila
Assistant Director Case Management
Jennie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Liberty University and is in the process of obtaining a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Jennie began working in Long Term Services and Supports in 2012 as a Case Manager of Home and Community Based Services Waivers for adults with physical disabilities and mental health challenges and is now the Assistant Director of Case Management overseeing both IDD and LTSS programs. Jennie enjoys spending her free time reading, knitting, and playing and watching soccer with her husband and son.
Valerie Temple
Assistant Director Early Intervention
Valerie has her Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Composite; Educational Diagnostician, Generalist 4-8, Social Studies 8-12, and Special Education EC-12 Texas Teacher Certificates; and her Master of Science in Special Education. She spent five years in public schools teaching special education and 10 years as an Educational Diagnostician. Valerie has been with A&I Avenues for two years as the Assistant Director of Early Intervention.
Erin Garcia
Controller
Erin Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is excited to bring to A&I Avenues a wide range of accounting and management experience, from small private businesses to large public corporations, over the past 27 years. She values the collective work being done by this organization and is proud to be part of the team. Erin has called Colorado home for most of her life and has raised her family here. She loves to travel to experience new things and make memories with friends and family.
Katie Roof
HR Executive Leader
With over 24 years of experience leading and consulting HR departments across diverse companies, I’ve honed my expertise in cultural leadership, talent management, HR strategy, and execution. I’m passionate about tackling challenges head-on, building high-performing teams, and fostering effective communication across all functions. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband and three sons, delighting in cooking gourmet meals and diving into captivating books.
Cindy Vogels
Office Manager
My goal in life has always been to help people and with that in mind, I graduated from Adams State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I worked at Imagine! (then known as the Developmental Disabilities Center) from 1990 to 2010 when I moved to the Colorado plains. I came back to Imagine! in the summer of 2021 starting as the HRC liaison in the Case Management department, then moving to Central Administrative Coordinator and now as Office Manager at A&I Avenues. I enjoy gardening and spending time with my dogs and my family.
