State-Supporting Living Services Waiver (State-SLS)
The State-Supported Living Services program (State-SLS) is for people waiting for long term care Waiver Enrollment, experiencing temporary hardships, or not eligible for the same services through Home and Community Based waivers. The program aims to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in remaining independent in the community. The funding for this program is limited based on the annual funding available from the Colorado General Assembly.

Who is eligible for services?
To be eligible for the State-SLS waiver you must:

Be a Colorado resident
-
Be eighteen years of age or older
-
Have a determination of an intellectual or developmental disability as defined by the State of Colorado.

Do not have access to the same services through a Home and Community-Based waiver
