Children's Habilitation Residential Program Waiver (CHRP)

The Children's Habilitation Residential Program Waiver (CHRP) waiver is for children whose intensive behavioral or medical needs put them at risk or in need of out-of-home placement. CHRP helps children up to age 20 stay in the community and access support to prevent crisis or institutionalization.

Children who receive services through the CHRP waiver are also eligible for all Health First Colorado covered services as long as they are not duplicative.
